Budget Manager

Individual e-commerce users may be assigned monthly and annual purchasing budgets. This functionality is typically used in conjunction with purchase authorization for large accounts and those doing facility management requisition.

The budget numbers, current available and used, are presented to both buyer and approval agent from shopping cart views. In the example below, the budget maintenance window is displayed from your customer's point of view. The same tool is available from Venture's E-commerce application administration tool for internal use and is reference later in this document.
