Canceling an Entire Order
You can cancel an order from the order lookup table. Search for the order and then right-click or CTRL-click for menu options:
If there is an active pick ticket for the shipment, an alert will be sent to the shipping warehouse indicating this ticket is no longer in service. In addition, integrated shipping systems such as UPS
WorldShip will reject the order.
When canceling the order you will presented additional options to notify the customer:
If the checkbox is selected, you will have an opportunity to send the customer an email notification:
This screen includes a template based message that you can modify if you choose to personalize or supply additional information. The default form letter is supplied by your system administrator.
