Description:
Shows all the current OpenBiz accounts for your customer id number.

Values:
1- (http://ecommerceHostname/index.php?loc=show_accounts)
2- User has to be given this priviledge via OpenBiz account setup. (Administrative User)
3- Linked from the message token.

Inputs:
1- customer id
2- userid

Outputs:
All OpenBiz accounts.
