Manual/List Pricing
Manual pricing, otherwise known as list pricing, is controlled on an item level. A list price generally assumed to be the price a customer pays you for an item if the customer has no other discounts. If you have a simple pricing structure, all customers might pay the same amount an item. This is particularly common in a retail or cash environment.
Setting up a list price for items is accomplished with the item maintenance screen. First, search for the item you want to manage using the search bar:
Once located, double click the item in the results tree to enter the item maintenance screen. Locate the list price field, change it to the desired price and click "Add/update" in the lower left part of the window:
Note: your user account must have permission to change list price in order for the change to take place.
