This module allows you to plan work on three levels, separate yet ultimately connected:

• Item level planning - Covers a buyer's initial sales plan, a sales person's subsequent weekly forecast revisions, actual sales reporting and similar item comparison.

• Vendors level planning - Represents all planned, projected and actual activity with a single vendor.

• Company level planning - Presents a summary of all vendor plans, goal seeking data entry and results from previous periods of business activity.

Each level of planning helps determine how and when to buy, sell, advertise or mark out inventory. Within each of those 3 levels, the user can access information and make changes while keeping tabs on Plans/Goals, Forcasting and Actuals/Trending.
